Welcome to the 7-DAY MORNING MOBILITY YOGA PROGRAM. This program is made up of seven 15-minute morning yoga practices to help you start your day right. These classes will improve your mobility so you can move with more ease as you go through your day.
Each class has a different focus:
Day 1 - Full Body Stretch and Flow
Day 2 - Neck and Shoulders
Day 3 - Spinal Flexion & Extension (Chest & Back)
Day 4 - Hip Mobility (Hips & Thighs)
Day 5 - Spinal Lateral Flexion & Rotation (Sidebends & Twists)
Day 6 - Lower Body (Hips, Legs, Ankles, Feet)
Day 7 - Full Body Stretch & Flow
Completing 7 days straight of morning yoga will help you establish a consistent daily routine. You will start each day with clarity and intention.
